While our practice works with a variety of insurance companies, not all clinicians are in network with every plan or carrier. Please review each individual counselor’s bio to confirm insurance participation and typical in-network providers. Unfortunately, we are unable to serve Medicare clients at this time.

HSA funds may be used with all mental health clinicians.  Massage therapy may qualify for HSA funds to be used; please verify your requirements regarding your HSA funds before using. We also accept CareCredit.

Therapy Services

Therapy with LCSW, LPC, APSW, or LPC-IT
$175 per session

 Specialty appointments—such as intake sessions, EMDR, play therapy, and similar services—may incur an additional fee of $25 per session when submitted to insurance. This reflects the extended preparation time and specialized training required.

30 minutes — $40

Massages Offered:

Swedish Massage (30 / 60 / 90 minutes)

A gentle, relaxing massage using smooth, flowing strokes to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote overall relaxation. Ideal for stress relief and full-body wellness.

Therapeutic Massage (30 / 60 / 90 minutes)

A more targeted massage focused on relieving pain, reducing muscle tension, and improving mobility. This service uses deeper, focused techniques customized to your specific areas of concern.

Prenatal Massage (30 / 60 / 90 minutes)

A gentle, supportive massage designed for expectant mothers to relieve tension, reduce discomfort, and promote relaxation. For safety and comfort, sessions are performed side-lying after 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Hot stones and cupping are available as complimentary add-ons and can be incorporated into any session.

Certain records related to substance use disorder treatment are protected under federal law (42 C.F.R. Part 2). These records will not be used or disclosed without your written consent except as permitted by law. When you provide written consent for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations, these records may be used and disclosed as permitted under HIPAA and applicable federal and state law. You have the right to inspect and receive a copy of your records, request amendments, request restrictions, request an accounting of certain disclosures, receive breach notification, revoke your consent, and request confidential communications. You may file a complaint with our Privacy Officer or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services if you believe your rights have been violated. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.
