About Me

Hi! I’m Addie. I believe that every person has a unique story, and that the different walks of life we experience often bring new seasons filled with both challenges and opportunities for growth. As a Christian based counseling intern, I strive to provide a compassionate, grace-filled space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. It is truly an honor to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s continuous story and pursue understanding, healing, and lasting change.

I especially enjoy working with couples, women, and individuals experiencing significant life transitions or entering a new season of life. I also have a passion for serving veterans and members of law enforcement, recognizing the unique experiences and sacrifices they carry due to my own personal ties to veterans and law enforcement.

My approach to counseling is collaborative and tailored to each client’s needs. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Structural Therapy to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for meaningful change.  I hope to also continue my learning in utilizing The Gottman Method when working with couples. While my faith informs my perspective, I seek to meet each client with respect, compassion, and care wherever they are on their journey. I also strive to ensure a judgement free zone that allows clients to be open and honest for true transformation to occur. 

Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and children, listening to audiobooks, getting my steps in while walking, searching for hidden gems while thrifting, or painting.
