About Me

Hi, I’m Rainey. My passion is helping others by walking beside them through their struggles and pointing them towards the safety and compassion of Christ. I learned from a young age that bad things happen to everyone, and God graciously showed me that He is always beside me and can use all of my experiences to help others. 

My focal passion is working with those who have experienced complex trauma and are looking to start or continue their healing journey. I have worked with adult and adolescent clients who were unaware that their experiences of having difficulty connecting with others, overachieving (or having incredibly high expectations of themselves), feeling overwhelmed constantly, having a high pain tolerance, and feeling disconnected from themselves were all indications of childhood trauma. If you find that you have had any of these same experiences, and you'd like to find a new way to show up for yourself and the people you love, please feel free to reach out. 

In addition to working with complex trauma, I have also worked with those looking to improve their confidence and love for themselves. My approach to mental health is to help each person understand themselves and the reason behind how they arrived at this moment, for in doing so, I find that they gain more confidence and understanding and grace for themselves. Life has many experiences, and sometimes we need help getting through them, so if I can walk with you, even for a brief moment, it is my joy and pleasure to do so.
