About Me

I began my counseling journey after finding sobriety in 2001 while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. My years of service, including a 2006 deployment aboard an Expeditionary Strike Group, deepened my understanding of service-connected trauma and the power of recovery. Through grace and faith, I discovered a calling to help others find healing and purpose.

After 26 years of combined service in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves and U.S. Coast Guard—and completing my alcohol and drug treatment internship at Great Lakes Recovery in 2003—I transitioned into private practice. It is my honor to walk with individuals, couples, and families as they confront past wounds, rediscover hope, and move toward a more connected and purposeful life.
