About Me
Hi, I’m Mariah. My journey to the field of counseling has been deeply personal, sparked by a realization that my God-given gifts were meant for a different purpose than my previous career allowed. Having navigated my own periods of feeling unseen during difficult life transitions, I know firsthand the impact of finding a counselor who creates a welcoming, non-judgmental space—and that is exactly what I long to provide for my clients.
Drawing from my faith, a variety of therapeutic methods, and my background in professional communications, my desire is to ensure your story is held with care, and to help you remember your inherent, imago dei (image of God) value. In our work together, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you transform challenges into sources of lasting growth.
In my free time, I am an avid reader and a casual writer. I love spending quality time with my husband, checking out local coffee shops, and exploring the country roads around our home.
