About Me

Hi, I'm Katia. I have worked as a therapist for nearly two years and have had the privilege of supporting individuals from many different walks of life. I also have experience working as a high school counselor and especially enjoy helping teenagers and young adults navigate life transitions, relationships, identity, and personal growth. I recognize that beginning therapy is a courageous step toward healing, exploration, and greater understanding. My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I strive to meet you where you are, create a safe space where you feel genuinely understood, and gently help you engage with the difficult parts of your story.
