About Me

Hi, I’m Holly. I have a deep appreciation and understanding of the issues of trauma and domestic abuse, family disorders, and working with family systems. I am a certified SYMBIS facilitator providing premarital and marriage counseling. Working with individuals to create genograms is one of my specialties, which allows one to observe family cycles and circumstances with the intent to create hope and a new outlook for their generation and generations to come. I have worked with non-verbal children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism for nearly 20 years creating a safe environment that is flexible to their needs and providing encouragement and support to their families as well.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                               
Closest to my heart, I enjoy working with children and adolescents, age 8-18, providing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Psychoeducational Therapy, Connect Through Play/ Play Therapy, and facilitate problem-solving and self-awareness to formulate realistic solutions to issues they may be experiencing.
