Hi, I’m Anthony.

I’m passionate about connecting with people and consider it an honor to walk alongside individuals in their counseling journey. Whether you're a teen or adult, one of my top priorities is to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can speak openly about what’s on your heart and mind. Even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain, I believe there is hope—and that with support, meaningful growth and healing are possible. Counseling is a collaborative process, and I’m here to help you explore the steps you're ready to take in your current season of life.

I have experience working with individuals navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, relational and marital concerns, trauma, sex-related struggles, anger, OCD, and questions related to purpose or identity. I use a variety of tools drawn from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others.

For clients who wish to incorporate their Christian faith into the counseling process, I am glad to integrate those values in ways that are meaningful and appropriate to them. Personally, I’ve seen first-hand the benefits of seeking support from others in my own life and recovery journey.
