About Me
Hi, I'm Elizabeth. I am a betrayal trauma advocate. I am passionate about providing peer support for those who have experienced betrayal in their significant relationships. The motivation for becoming a betrayal trauma advocate stems from my personal experience as a betrayed partner.
In the wake of betrayal there's a spectrum of thoughts, feelings and emotions that can leave one with an overwhelming sense of confusion and isolation. For over 10 years I have worked as a group facilitator and with individuals, creating a safe environment to process through the impact of betrayal.
I am dedicated to coming alongside individuals looking to heal from the betrayal trauma with compassion, encouragement and understanding. I will share tools and resources to support self-discovery, healing, restoration, and growth in oneself and in their relationship.
Healing is a journey and having a safe, supportive environment is an important tool in achieving freedom from betrayal.
