Hi, I’m Kristen — and I’m truly glad you’re here.

Taking the step to seek support can feel daunting, and your courage in doing so is already a step toward healing. I work from a holistic, trauma-informed lens that honors the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — while integrating evidence-based and experiential approaches for meaningful and lasting change.

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating deep and complex wounds, including:

• Anxiety & Depression; so you can feel steady, hopeful, and like yourself again
• Complex PTSD; healing the long-term impact of ongoing or childhood trauma 
• Family estrangement; navigating the grief, confusion, and deep relational loss
• Betrayal trauma; recovering from infidelity or hidden behaviors while learning to trust yourself again
• Spiritual trauma; when faith leaders or communities have contributed to psychological or emotional injury

I offer a safe, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of your experiences, understand how your past impacts your present, and build new strategies for resilience, connection, and well-being.

My clinical approaches include EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS-informed therapy, CBT, and DBT, alongside somatic and creative arts interventions to help regulate the nervous system, express emotion, and deepen self-connection. In my free time, I enjoy spending time watching my kids play in various sports, engaging in meaningful conversation with a friend, or simply enjoying a warm cup of coffee in the stillness of the morning.
