About Me
Hi, I’m Donna. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s easy to feel stuck or lose sight of hope. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals who are seeking healing from trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. I consider it a privilege to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore what may be holding them back and begin to rediscover peace and purpose.
I believe every person’s story matters, and that understanding our experiences can lead to greater clarity, healing, and freedom. My faith in Jesus deeply shapes how I view people and the healing process. I believe His grace meets us where we are and gently guides us toward wholeness and restoration.
Having personally experienced God’s redemptive work in my own recovery journey, I am especially passionate about helping others discover the hope and freedom available through Christ.
My counseling approach is client-centered, and I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies as I continue to develop as a clinician. I am currently receiving training in EMDR and look forward to incorporating this approach as appropriate to support clients working through trauma and difficult life experiences.
It is an honor to walk with clients as they take meaningful steps toward healing, wholeness, and freedom. Outside of the counseling room, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and deepening my faith.
